Strategic Risk Management
This one-day course provides the concepts and methods needed to identify, assess, fund, and mitigate strategic risks. Unlike tactical risks, which are managed by the project team and covered by contingency, strategic risks must be managed at the executive level, and covered by a separate source of funding.
