Predictable project outcomes require that the Project Delivery System (PDS) provide the competencies needed to effectively address the risks in the project portfolio. The “PDS Health Check” provides an unbiased assessment of each core competency, a gap analysis and recommendations as needed.

Work Process Development & Implementation
Project organizations require work processes, methods, systems and procedures to ensure consistency, efficiency, predictability, and effective governance. Often, these were developed in past years when projects were smaller and less complex. Westney Consulting assists clients in the development, documentation, rollout and implementation of project management work processes, including the presentation of training courses at the project and executive levels.

Executive learning programs are tailored to each client, and may cover topics such as Decision & Risk Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Organizational Effectiveness.
