Mark Marlin
PMP
Mark's focus is on Managing the Competency Gap.  He leads Westney's Project Management Training and Technology programs and is the developer and lead presenter of the Westney curriculum of courses.

Prior to joining Westney in 1996, Mark held management and project management positions with several leading engineering and construction contractors.  He is a certified Project Management Professional, and Past President of the Southern California chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI®).  Mark holds BS and MS degrees in Engineering from the University of Illinois, and served as an officer in the US Army.  He also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

John Wray
PMP
John's focus is on Project Management Best Practices including Team Alignment and Lessons Learned.

John joined Westney in 2000, after a career with DuPont, focusing on engineering, plant operations and maintenance, and project management.  He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas and is certified as a Project Management Professional as well as a Myers Briggs consultant.

Pete Luan
PMP
Pete's focus is on the development and implementation of Program Delivery Systems, and Program Strategies, as well as Executive Learning.  

Pete held management positions with several management consulting firms prior to joining Westney, and held management and project management positions with BP Amoco prior to that, including extensive international experience. He joined Amoco after serving as an officer in the US Army.  A certified Project Management Professional, he holds BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering (with highest honors) from Rice University.
